About the role
10+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years in architecture/solution design (or
equivalent scope).
Proven experience designing and operating solutions in a regulated global environment (privacy,
auditability, security controls, cross-border considerations).
Strong Azure experience designing and building cloud-native solutions using Microsoft PaaS and
frameworks, including Azure OpenAI APIs for AI-enabled features and agent-based automation.
Strong experience architecting Next.js and/or React applications at scale.
Demonstrated experience with event-driven and distributed system design and production
operations.
Hands-on experience with agentic development tools and practices (e.g., Claude Code, Codex,
spec-driven development) and a track record of leading engineering teams in AI-assisted delivery
workflows.
Strong communication skills: can explain tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
