Legal Case Manager/Writer

To do this, we've built a team of dedicated immigration professionals (we call them Porters) who believe passionately in the economic and cultural benefits that immigration brings to our society. We are seeking a full-time Legal Case Manager/Writer to join our growing team. As a Legal Case Manager/Writer, you will: • Manage the entire immigration case lifecycle for a diverse client base, including individuals and employers • Liaise with clients to gather required information and documentation to prepare and file immigration petitions and applications • Write persuasive and compelling legal arguments and supporting documentation for immigration cases • Conduct legal research to identify precedents and arguments to strengthen cases • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, recruitment, client service) to ensure a smooth client experience • Stay up-to-date on evolving immigration laws and policies to provide clients with accurate and timely guidance • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and government officials We're looking for someone who is passionate about immigration, has strong writing and communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
