</ul><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><ul>
<li>Provide clinical supervision and consultation to licensed and pre-licensed clinicians </li>
<li>Support & Participate in therapist onboarding, development, and retention success</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of ethical, evidence-based care</li>
<li>Assist clinicians with treatment planning, documentation, and case consultation</li>
<li>Maintain a clinical caseload (approximately 20-25 sessions/week)</li>
<li>Foster a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive clinical environment</li>
<li>Support expansion efforts related to our upcoming Gurnee location</li>

<strong>Required</strong> <strong>Qualifications</strong>
</div><ul>
<li>Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field</li>
<li>
<strong><u>Active</u></strong> Illinois license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD)</li>
<li>Experience with assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation</li>
<li>Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong> </div><ul>
<li>Existing or transferable client caseload</li>
<li>Experience supervising or leading clinical teams</li>
<li>Outpatient, group, or private practice experience</li>
<li>Familiarity with insurance and community resources</li>
<li>Expertise with children, couples, and/or neurodivergent populations</li>
