Each Ellie clinic is an individual franchise that is independently owned, bringing local expertise and care to the communities we serve.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><div><br></div><div>You will be the primary point of contact for potential and active clients, providing personalized assistance, scheduling, and providing proactive support to ensure a high-quality experience. Duties may include, but not be limited too:<br><br>- Scheduling appointments for new and current clients<br>- Assisting clients with their patient portal<br>- Collecting patient balances <br>- Scanning documents into the EMR system<br>- Assisting therapists, clinic director, and owner with administrative tasks</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><div><br></div><div>- High school diploma<br>- Must be comfortable talking on the phone, texting, typing, and emailing with clients<br>- Must be comfortable using the computer <br>- High level of customer service is required<br><br>
