The ELK Engineer/Lead will be responsible for understanding the customer requirement, Design, Implement & Operate ELK Platform.
Mandatory Skillset : Should have hands on experience on ELK & Solr
Roles and responsibilities:
Design & Implementation:
o Understand the customer requirement, Architect, Design and implement scalable ELK solutions.
o Develop Design documentations HLD and LLD
o ELK components Installation
o Configure ELK components as per best practices.
o Train and enable team members to work independently.
ELK Activities:
o Lead Log onboarding activities
o Configuration of Logstash, FileBeats, MetricsBeats, elastic agent, etc., to collect and process data efficiently.
o Configure Elasticsearch components to efficiently store various kinds of data by optimizing performance and ensuring high availability.
o Configuration of Kibana visualizations as per requirement
o Configuration management
o User management activities
o Build integrations with upstream and downstream applications as necessary.
o Platform troubleshooting activities / Work with OEM to fix product level issues.
o Continuously document lessons learnt as part of troubleshooting activities.
o Health Monitoring
Preferred Qualifications
Hands on experience deploying and managing a large scale ELK solutions for enterprise customers.
Experience working in SOC analysis / Incident response teams
Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, protocols and applications
ELK certifications
Knowledge on Python scripting, Dockers, Kubernetes, Ansible for Run book Automation
