Scope of Work Deployment of Elasticsearch Cold Nodes Verification and remediation (if required) of Frozen Node functionality Enabling SSL across all ELK components, including Logstash, HAProxy, and Fleet Server Implementation of High Availability (HA) for Logstash and Fleet Server across both DCs (PDD & Summit) Refinement and finalization of ILM policies Completion of Secure LDAP integration Integration of Kibana with Azure Communication Services Integration of Kibana with ServiceNow ITOM Integration of Logstash with GCSOC application Onboarding of 3 data sources (one each) and configuration of one alerting rule per source Dell Hyper-V Kubernetes Nutanix Documentation covering deployment, configuration, and UAT Execution of end-to-end platform UAT Enablement of monitoring and alerting across the ELK platform Conduct training on data source onboarding, including: Elastic Agent installation Fleet onboarding and policy management Dashboard creation Log querying Alert configuration
