Elite Surface Infrastructure (ESI) is a growing company located in Englewood Colorado and has been working along the Colorado front range since 1998. ESI grading crews provide Subgrade Preparation and Aggregate Base Course Placement among other services for Municipalities, Federal, DOT, Developers, General Contractors and Private Commercial.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
POSITION SUMMARY
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of Fine Grading experience with an emphasis on Roadway and Parking Grading. This position will ensure and promote productivity, safety, delivery of a quality product and development of employees while protecting the company’s interest and maintaining good relationships with clients.

- Recognize and communicate change of conditions to project manager
- Communicate equipment/small tool needs
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Establish and maintain effective communication within our organization
- At end of each shift, ensure job site is clean, flow lines are clear of debris and equipment is cleaned, greased, fueled and ready for next day shift.
- Ensure company equipment is properly maintained and cared for
- Communicate all maintenance, breakdowns, and damages
- Ability to efficiently operate and/or train on the following equipment or equivalent to:
- Motor grader – CAT 140M
- Loader – CAT 938
- Backhoe – CAT 420
- Ability to read plans and specs while staying within material allotment
- Strive for excellence in every project to achieve optimal results and goals.
- Possess an ownership attitude and be willing to grow and mentor other team members.
- Perform any additional duties as needed and issued by manager
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Experience: 5 years’ experience in Fine Grading with emphasis on Roadway and Parking Lot Grading. Ability to demonstrate success in managing and/or leading Grading Crews.
Other Requirements: Clean Driving record and the ability to pass a background investigation, and drug screening. Able to access State & Federal Facilities.
