Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an Elite Relationship Manager based in Morbi. The responsibilities include managing and deepening relationships with high-net-worth individuals, offering personalized financial solutions to meet clients’ investment and wealth management needs, and driving customer engagement through targeted initiatives. The role involves cross-selling financial products such as investments, wealth products, loans, and insurance services while ensuring outstanding customer experience and adherence to compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Relationship management and client handling skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport.
- Strong knowledge of banking, investment products, wealth management, and financial planning strategies.
- Excellent sales, cross-selling, and consultative advisory skills in financial products, including loans and insurance.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and the ability to understand diverse financial needs and market dynamics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, NISM) are an advantage.
- Proven experience in wealth management, private banking, or a similar role.
- Strong ethical standards and thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance in banking and finance.
