Job Skills / Requirements
We are hiring professional licensed Security Officers for a high-profile special event at Dadeland Mall.
This event is expected to draw large crowds and requires officers with strong customer service skills, crowd management experience, and a professional presence.
Selected officers will work alongside mall security, off-duty law enforcement, event staff, and executive/VIP security personnel.
Responsibilities:
• Crowd and line control
• High-visibility security presence
• Incident response and reporting
• Guest assistance and customer service
• Monitoring assigned posts and maintaining order
• Following supervisor and event command instructions
Requirements:
• Active Florida Class “D” Security License REQUIRED
• Previous special event security experience REQUIRED
• Ability to stand and remain alert for extended periods during 12-hour shifts
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-traffic environments
This is a temporary two-day assignment only.
