Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dependable skilled construction worker to join our team on residential construction projects. This role requires hands-on experience and the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Perform skilled work in areas such as framing, drywall, tile, cabinetry, and finish carpentry.
Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
Measure, cut, and install materials accurately.
Operate power tools and construction equipment safely.
Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to keep projects on schedule.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Ensure all work meets quality standards and local building codes.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of construction experience.
Strong knowledge of residential construction methods.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must have own basic tools.
Reliable transportation required.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in high-end residential construction.
Multi-trade skillset (framing, finish work, tile, etc.).
OSHA certification.
Ability to lead or train helpers.
Spanish Speaking preferable.
