ServiceNow Platform Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform across the enterprise. This includes configuring the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements, automating workflows, developing custom applications, and providing ongoing support and maintenance. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes. Key responsibilities include: - Configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements - Developing custom applications, automating workflows, and integrating with other systems - Providing ongoing platform support, maintenance, and enhancements - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption - Sharing knowledge, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives - Staying up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities - Participating in the incident management, problem management, and change management processes
