About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Owner to join our cross-functional team and help drive the digital transformation at Eli Lilly and Company. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring the timely delivery of value to our internal customers. You will work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to understand the needs of the organization and translate them into actionable requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements - Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is transparent, visible, and aligned with the overall product vision - Work with the development team to ensure that the product is delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality - Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders and use it to refine the product roadmap - Communicate the product status, roadmap, and value to key stakeholders - Advocate for the user's needs and act as the voice of the customer within the team - Participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., daily standups, retrospectives, planning) to ensure efficient and effective delivery Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, business, engineering) - 3-5 years of experience in a product management or product owner role, preferably in a software development or IT environment - Proficient in agile methodologies and practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities - Proficient in tools and technologies used in software development (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git) - Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and changing requirements - Passion for delivering high-quality products that delight customers
