We are looking for a talented Producer to join our team at ElevenLabs. As a Producer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI-powered audio solutions. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to bring our innovative ideas to life, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of high-quality audio experiences. Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end production process for various audio projects, including voice recordings, sound design, and post-production - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into clear production plans and schedules - Oversee and coordinate the work of voice artists, sound engineers, and other production personnel to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks - Maintain and optimize production workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements - Proactively identify and mitigate production risks, addressing challenges and bottlenecks to ensure project success - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the AI audio and voice industry to inform production decisions Requirements: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in audio production, preferably in the technology or AI industry - Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Proficient in audio production software and tools, such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Audacity - Familiarity with AI-powered audio technologies and a keen interest in the advancements in the field - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work - Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
