Software Engineer

Eleven Labs is looking to hire a Software Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining complex software systems that power our cutting-edge voice AI platform. You will collaborate closely with our talented team of engineers, designers, and product managers to develop innovative features and improve our platform's performance, reliability, and scalability. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure software systems - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Write clean, well-documented, and testable code - Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions - Continuously improve our engineering practices and processes Required Skills: - Proficient in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Rust) - Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices - Experience with distributed systems, databases, and cloud infrastructure - Familiarity with agile software development methodologies - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills
