Role Description The Elevator Design Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. This role involves designing and engineering elevator systems, including mechanical layouts, structural components, and integration of control and safety features, in line with project specifications and applicable standards. The engineer will prepare detailed drawings and technical documentation, perform calculations, and collaborate closely with sales, installation, and manufacturing teams to ensure feasible, cost-effective designs. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing client requirements, customizing elevator configurations (such as MRL, belt, smart, and touchless technologies), supporting product development initiatives, and providing technical support during installation and commissioning. The role also includes participating in design reviews, optimizing designs for reliability and maintainability, and contributing to continuous improvement of engineering processes.
