The Elevation Builder Administrator I is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of the Elevation Builder tool, with a focus on accurate data entry, device image management, and production of basic reports and diagrams. This role ensures that new devices, cabling, and user access are consistently maintained according to defined standards and processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical administration, CAD/diagramming, or IT operations role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visio (or similar diagramming tools).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Basic understanding of networking and infrastructure concepts (devices, ports, cable types).
- Ability to follow established processes, standards, and naming conventions.
- Intermediate skills in Excel or similar tools for working with tabular data.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; able to follow technical instructions and document work clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Elevation Builder or similar infrastructure documentation tools.
- Familiarity with IT asset management, DCIM, or network documentation workflows.
- Exposure to license management or user administration in any enterprise tool.
