</div><div>Elevated Tree Care & North Hills Tree Service is seeking a dependable and hardworking <strong>Tree Service Ground Worker</strong> to assist tree crews with daily operations. This position supports climbers and equipment operators by maintaining safe and efficient job sites during tree trimming, pruning, and removal projects.</div><div>
<strong><br>Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Assist tree climbers and crew leaders during tree work operations</li>
<li>Drag, stack, and load brush, logs, and debris</li>
<li>Operate wood chippers, chainsaws, blowers, and other equipment safely</li>
<li>Maintain clean and organized work areas</li>
<li>Set up cones, signs, ropes, and safety equipment</li>
<li>Fuel, clean, and maintain tools and machinery</li>
<li>Assist with rigging and lowering operations</li>
<li>Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA standards</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with crew members and customers when needed<br><br>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and punctual attendance</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and willingness to learn</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license </li>
<li>CDL is a plus</li>
<li>Previous tree service, landscaping, or construction experience preferred but not required<br><br>
