About the role

Elevate is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to join our eDiscovery and Document Review team! The Senior Project Manager will be the primary liaison and case consultant for customers engaging with Elevate discovery team on eDiscovery projects.


This role will require a shift time of 12pm-9pm PST.


This role requires proficiency utilizing Relativity, Everlaw, and eDiscovery methodologies. Responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive customer and project documentation within the project queue and collaborating with various groups to implement optimal solutions for customer requirements.


Specifically, the Senior Project Manager will

  • Understand and interpret customer requirements within the context of eDiscovery processes.
  • Consult with customers on utilizing Elevate's suite of services, particularly leveraging Relativity.
  • Coordinate internal processes across Elevate's global departments to ensure customer objectives are met.
  • Represent Elevate in customer interactions and with third-party service providers.
  • Supervise and support other members of the Professional Services (PS) team to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively.
  • Train and develop team members on workflows and eDiscovery best practices.
  • Provide regular project updates and performance reports to Directors and above to optimize resource allocation and service delivery across Elevate.
  • Conduct project kickoff calls with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage and communicate timelines and ensure team meets all relevant deadlines.
  • Coordinate data collection activities.
  • Coordinate and support processing requests from customers.
  • Coordinate and prepare document productions for customers.
  • Support customers with migrating data between databases.


Experience

  • 8+ years' experience in an eDiscovery project management, with hosting services experience preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with an eDiscovery processing and hosting platform, Relativity highly preferred.


Qualifications

  • Industry certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator, or similar Relativity certifications.


Compensation

  • The pay rate for this remote-based role is $135,000-$160,000/year based on job-related skills, experience, level, and location. In addition, Elevate offers full-time employees a comprehensive benefits package and PTO.
