Job Description

As a Concessions Attendant at Elevate Entertainment Group, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to guests. You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly service, quality products, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient service. Take orders, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.

Prepare and serve a variety of food items, such as popcorn, nachos, hot dogs, and beverages, following established recipes and standards.

Operate the point-of-sale system to process cash and credit card transactions accurately. Ensure proper change is given and receipts are provided.

Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies. Notify the Concessions Manager of low stock or replenishment needs.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters, equipment, and dining areas. Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure proper food handling and sanitation.

Restock concession stands with necessary supplies and products throughout the shift.

Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of equipment and handling of food items.

Work cooperatively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.

Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Skills + Abilities included but are not limited to:

Hospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing, guest focused

Able to take direction and work together as a team

Work calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressure

Education + Experience + Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times

Some locations may require Food Handler and State Alcohol Certifications
