Business Development Analyst Internship- Summer 2025

The Business Development Analyst Intern will be a part of our Government Business Division as a Business Development Analyst focused specifically on member growth & engagement, including member retention strategy, outreach, competitive landscape analysis, and RFP development strategy for our Medicaid business line. This internship will be a full-time (40 hours/week) program that will run for 12 weeks (May 19th, 2025 – August 8th, 2025). How you will make an impact: You will assist in analyzing and expanding strategies related to member acquisition/retention and the Medicaid competitive bid response process. The intern will learn about Growth & Engagement Medicaid processes, brand strategy, partner development, negotiation, trend analysis, programmatic and environmental impacts, and member satisfaction. Engage in researching and outreaching disenrollment , assist in the implementation and the development of growth and marketing initiatives, and assist with outreach to members, track membership trends, and administrative duties as needed Interns will evaluate and monitor performance and efficiency of planned initiatives and execution yield targeted ROI.
