Recovery Center of Niagara is looking for a Full Time Operations Manager as we grow and expand. Recovery Center of Niagara is a cutting-edge substance-use-disorder (SUD) treatment center. We are located in Newfane, NY. We are an OASAS-licensed and Joint Commission Certified. Recovery Center of Niagara offers inpatient detox, withdrawal, and stabilization services, as well as inpatient rehabilitation services for individuals with substance use disorder. The Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating safety and housing needs of patients, as well as the maintaining of conditions of the facility. This position supervises support staff and oversees patients' daily schedules within facility's policies and OASAS regulations.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure the safe and efficient operations of the facility/program.
· Assures a clean, hazard free and effective treatment environment to support the effective delivery of the clinical services.
· Ensure all schedules are followed.
· Holds mandatory meetings to discuss any concerns or problems.
· Troubleshoots client needs and delegates tasks.
· Oversees client activities.
· Reports incidents, accidents, and occurrences in accordance with policies and procedures.
· Manages and monitors the program environment to ensure that regulatory guidelines and agency safety/security policies are followed, a therapeutic milieu is maintained, and interpersonal and professional relationships remain positive.
· Helps identify staff training needs and, in response, plans, develops and/or conducts training towards maintaining and improving staff competencies and compliance with agency policy and procedure.
· Ensures that all program staff uphold the agency's Code of Conduct/Code of Ethics and comply with all Federal, state, and local law/regulation, including 42 CFR confidentiality and HIPAA privacy and security regulations.
· Informs Executive Director of all activities and significant conditions, which may impact facility operations and client care.
· Participates in quality improvement/other agency committees or work groups.
· Provides ongoing feedback to employees, including delivering performance reviews.
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Demonstrated ability to understand key financial, clinical, and operational drivers affecting business.
· Willingness and desire to create a team learning environment and to foster a positive, fulfilling work environment.
· Must demonstrate competence in the specific areas relevant to this role, as assessed during competency reviews (see role competency).
