Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Elementary School Teacher at Modern School Lucknow. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons, creating an inclusive and motivating learning environment, and fostering intellectual and emotional development in students. Additional responsibilities include developing curriculum materials, assessing student progress, and effectively communicating with students and parents to ensure academic and character growth. The teacher will also participate in school activities and contribute to a positive educational community.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Curriculum Development and the ability to implement innovative teaching strategies
• Proven experience with Teaching and Elementary Education
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues effectively
• Passion for education and a deep understanding of child development and pedagogy
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (teaching certification is preferred)
• Prior experience in an IB or ICSE/ISC school is an added advantage
• Ability to create an engaging, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment
