Job Title: Mother Teacher / Elementary School Teacher (Upto Grade 3)
Location: Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad, U.P.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and caring Mother Teacher. The ideal candidate should be able to teach multiple subjects, manage classroom activities effectively, and create a positive learning environment for young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach core subjects as per the curriculum
- Plan and conduct interactive and activity-based lessons
- Develop students’ literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
- Manage classroom activities and maintain discipline
- Monitor student progress and provide individual attention
- Communicate with parents regarding student development
- Participate in school events and academic activities
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed. (mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in primary teaching
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Basic knowledge of smart classroom and digital teaching tools
Preferred Skills:
- Child-centric and activity-based teaching approach
- Creative, patient, and student-focused attitude
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
