Role Description The Elementary School Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons across core subjects, aligned with the school’s curriculum and educational standards. Day-to-day tasks include planning and implementing instructional activities, assessing student progress, maintaining classroom discipline, and creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. The teacher will communicate regularly with parents and guardians, participate in staff meetings and school events, and collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and student outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ajmer, requiring daily presence at the school and active involvement in the wider school community.
Qualifications
- Strong Teaching and Elementary Education skills, with experience working with young learners.
- Ability to design and implement effective Curriculum Development and Education plans.
- Clear and empathetic Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; a teaching certification or license is preferred.
- Understanding of child development, classroom management, and inclusive teaching practices.
- Ability to use basic educational technology and learning resources to support instruction.
- Demonstrated patience, adaptability, and commitment to student-centered teaching.
- Prior experience in a school setting or similar educational environment is an advantage.
