Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electronics Technician based in Delhi NCR (Greater NOIDA). The Electronics Technician will work on inspecting, maintaining, and repairing electronic systems and components. Day-to-day responsibilities will include soldering and assembling electronic circuits, troubleshooting, testing, and diagnosing electrical issues, and ensuring the functionality of essential electronic systems. Tasks would also include manufacture of electrical harnesses for use in UAVs/ drones and supporting ground equipment as per design. The role also involves contributing to system upgrades and providing technical support as needed to UAV/ drone programs and/ or other programs such as opto-electronic systems etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Wire harness assembly, routing, and integration.
- Reading and verifying electrical schematics and wiring diagram.
- Proficient in soldering (through -holes and basic SMT).
- Skilled in crimping and connector assembly.
- Experience in spot welding(battery tabs, Nickle stripe,etc)
- Knowledge of Battery Management System and battery pack assembly.
- Familiarities with testing and troubleshooting electrical assemblies.
- Experience working on aerospace ,UAV ,EV or robotics systems would be preferable.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Electronics Technology and practical applications of electronic components
- Advanced Soldering skills for assembling and repairing electronic components
- Strong Troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Knowledge of Electricity concepts and electrical systems is essential
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair of electrical and electronic systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications or a diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams and technical documentation
- Previous experience in the aerospace or related industries is a plus
- > 1 year experience (mandatory)
- > 2-3 years' experience (desirable)
