Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electronics Manufacturing Services Business Development Executive, based in Pune Division. The key responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, fostering and managing client accounts, and building long-term partnerships. The role involves strategic communication with existing and prospective clients, preparing business proposals, and contributing to revenue growth by achieving sales targets. The executive will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective implementation and delivery of tailored solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in EMS (PCB fabrication, PCBA, box build)
Generate leads from OEMs, startups, and product companies in electronics
Understand customer requirements including BOM, Gerber files, and technical specifications
Coordinate with engineering and production teams for feasibility and costing
Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements
Manage client relationships and ensure repeat business
Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
