Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electronics Engineer role based in Mandsaur. The Electronics Engineer will design, develop, and test electronic circuits and systems that support automation and machine-based solutions for client projects. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing circuit schematics, selecting electronic components, supporting prototyping and hardware integration, and collaborating with software and consulting teams to align electronic designs with overall system requirements. The role involves troubleshooting and optimizing existing electronic systems, performing electrical and functional testing, and documenting designs, test results, and maintenance procedures. The Electronics Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement of hardware standards, safety practices, and reliability across deployments.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Electronic Engineering and Electronics, with experience applying these skills to real-world systems.
- Proficiency in Circuit Design, including schematic creation, component selection, and PCB-level considerations.
- Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles relevant to power supply, signal integrity, and safety compliance.
- Experience in Testing of electronic and electrical systems, including diagnostics, validation, and performance optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, standards, and datasheets, and to produce clear engineering reports.
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators, and soldering tools.
- Familiarity with embedded systems or microcontroller-based designs is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to work safely and effectively in an on-site engineering environment.
- Willingness to collaborate in cross-functional teams and continuously learn new tools and technologies in automation.
