The Role
This is a full-ownership, advanced electrical engineering role. You will lead the design of printed circuit boards for Imaging Scanners and other imaging products
You will not only design and innovate products, you will help to build systems, processes and engineering culture.
What You’ll Work On
· Printed Circuit Board layout for scanners
· Design for Manufacture including high-speed digital, high precision analogue and high power circuit boards
· Mechanical and electrical integration of PCBs with other sub-systems
· Prototype to production pipelines with rapid iteration
· Cross-functional product development programs across software, AI, mechanical and electrical.
What You’ll Do
Engineering and System Ownership
· Lead printed circuit board design and implementation
· Meet EMC/EMI standards for printed circuit boards
· Deliver complete designs for manufacture
· Deliver prototype assemblies, system bring up and debugging
Project Execution
· Lead requirements, program planning and execution
· Balance manufacturing cost, complexity and timeline to meet program goals
· Participate in regular management reviews
· Work closely with other hardware, software and AI teams
Team Leadership and Mentorship
· Mentor and guide reporting engineers through hand-on leadership
· Conduct design and technology reviews
· Support hiring and help scale a strong product engineering team
What We’re Looking For
· 5-12 years experience in design of advanced printed circuit boards
· Strong expertise in PCB layout techniques for reliability and signal integrity
