Scientist 'SC'/Scientist 'SD'

Applications are invited from Indian Nationals for the following posts in Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL), a Public Sector Enterprise under Department of Atomic Energy, Govt. of India. Post: Scientist 'SC'/Scientist 'SD' Essential Qualifications: Scientist 'SC': First Class B.E/B.Tech. in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Electrical Engineering with minimum 60% marks. Scientist 'SD': First Class M.E/M.Tech. in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Electrical Engineering with minimum 60% marks. Age Limit: 35 years for Scientist 'SC' and 37 years for Scientist 'SD' as on the last date of receipt of application. Initial Monthly Emoluments: Scientist 'SC': Rs. 70,000/- Scientist 'SD': Rs. 80,000/- Advancement: Those recruited as Scientist 'SC' will be considered for promotion to Scientist 'SD' on acquiring the qualifications of M.E/M.Tech after serving for a minimum period of 3 years. Job Specification: Design, Development, Testing and Commissioning of Electronics & Communication Systems, Hardware and Software. The job also involves documentation, customer interaction and project management. The candidate should have working knowledge and experience in the following areas: (a) Digital & Analog Circuit Design (b) Embedded Systems Design (c) Communication Systems (d) Power Electronics (e) Project Management Desirable Qualifications: Candidates with M.E/M.Tech. or Ph.D. in the relevant field are preferred. Medical Standard: Candidates should be of sound health and should meet the medical standards prescribed by the Corporation. Initial posting will be at ECIL, Hyderabad. However, the selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India as per the requirement of the Corporation.
