Role Description The Electronic Technician role at Times Audio is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves assembling, installing, testing, and repairing audio and home theater electronic equipment and components. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing faults, performing soldering and wiring work, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring systems meet performance and safety standards. The Electronic Technician will collaborate with the design and installation teams, support on-site setups at customer locations, document work performed, and provide clear technical feedback to improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electronics Technology and a solid understanding of Electricity principles.
- Candidates should possess hands-on skills in Soldering and component-level Troubleshooting.
- Candidates should possess practical abilities in Maintenance & Repair of electronic and audio systems.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with audio equipment, home theater systems, or AV installations is highly beneficial.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals, and use standard test instruments safely.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team on-site.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel locally for installations and service calls when required.
