About the role

Required Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming phone calls, emails and chat from EMS merchants
  • Provide your customer with an exceptional experience and drive client satisfaction
  • Use compassion in helping upset customers and helping them through the issues they are experiencing while maintaining composure in stressful situations
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to manage your customer’s expectations and to help them understand their accounts

Qualifications:

  • Passion for high levels of Customer Service
  • Desire to be a punctual team player
  • Attention to Detail
  • Basic aptitude for troubleshooting hardware, software and communication issues
  • Ability to navigate a computerized data entry system (training is provided)
