ob Role- Electronic Hardware Design
Location- Pune
Experience- 2-5 Years
Must Have- DC‑DC converters, OBC systems, gate‑driver circuits, protection , sensing circuits,Support power‑stage bring‑up, debugging, EMI/EMC pre‑compliance, and root‑cause analysis.
Knowledge and Experience :-
- Design and development of DC‑DC converters, OBC systems, gate‑driver circuits, protection and sensing circuits.
- Perform testing, validation, and benchmarking of hardware at board, subsystem, and system levels.
- Execute electrical, thermal, functional, and endurance validation as part of DVP.
- Support power‑stage bring‑up, debugging, EMI/EMC pre‑compliance, and root‑cause analysis.
- Collaborate with firmware, validation, and manufacturing teams for feature validation and production readiness.
- Support PCB design reviews, component selection, and design improvements.
Core Technical Skills:-
- Strong understanding of Power Electronics topologies and components.
- Hands‑on experience with oscilloscopes, power analyzers, electronic loads, LCR meters, and other lab equipment.
- Experience with LTspice, MATLAB/Simulink, PSIM, and PCB tools like Altium/Eagle.
- Experience in benchmarking hardware, analyzing performance, and validating protection behavior.
- Knowledge of EMI/EMC, DFMEA, and robust PCB layout practices.
Soft Skills:-
- Strong team player with good communication and documentation skills.
- Proactive problem‑solver with ownership mindset.
- Comfortable working hands‑on in testing, debugging, and validation environments.
