Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Service Engineer to install, diagnose, repair, and maintain electric vehicles, battery systems, electromechanical equipment, and related products. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting abilities, customer service skills, and a willingness to travel for on-site technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults in electric scooters, e-bikes, and related systems.
Troubleshoot BLDC motors, motor controllers, battery management systems (BMS), chargers, wiring harnesses, DC-DC converters, displays, sensors, and electrical circuits.
Install, commission, and maintain lithium battery packs, energy storage systems (ESS), and associated equipment.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance at dealer locations and customer sites.
Support installation and servicing of EV charging equipment and electrical accessories.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Provide technical support to dealers, distributors, service partners, and customers.
Train dealer technicians on product operation, diagnostics, maintenance, and warranty procedures.
Maintain service records, inspection reports, warranty claims, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with engineering, quality, and sales teams for continuous product improvement.
Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and quality standards.
Assist in field testing, product validation, and new product launches.
Support inventory management of spare parts and service tools.
Travel across India whenever required for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical training.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automobile Engineering, or a related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in electromechanical service, EVs, battery systems, industrial equipment, or automation.
Fresh candidates with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
