We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our bakery production team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial bakery equipment and commercial refrigeration systems. You will be responsible for ensuring minimal downtime and maximum safety across our production floor.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on electrical systems (Single-Phase and Three-Phase).
- Troubleshoot and service specialized bakery machinery, including Planetary Mixers, Industrial Ovens, and Dough Sheeters.
- Maintain, monitor, and repair commercial refrigeration units, specifically Walk-in Chillers and Walk-in Freezers.
- Diagnose electrical faults quickly to minimize production downtime.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and local regulations.
Qualifications & Skills- Experience: Minimum 5 years as an industrial or commercial electrician (Bakery/Food manufacturing experience is a major plus).
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of 3-phase power distribution, control wiring, and motor controls.
- Equipment Knowledge: Direct experience with commercial food processing machinery and refrigeration.
- Certification: ITI, Diploma, or relevant Electrician Certification/License preferred.
