Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and practical Electrical Trainer to train in electrical systems, wiring, safety procedures, maintenance, and industrial electrical applications. The trainer will conduct classroom sessions, practical workshops, assessments, and skill development programs.
Key Responsibilities.
- Conduct theoretical and practical training in electrical subjects.
- Teach electrical wiring, motors, transformers, control panels, and safety standards.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical assignments.
- Demonstrate use of electrical tools and testing instruments.
- Evaluate trainee performance through tests and practical assessments.
- Maintain workshop/lab equipment and ensure safety compliance.
- Provide hands-on industrial training and troubleshooting guidance.
- Support placement activities and industry readiness.
- Keep updated with latest electrical technologies and standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and industrial practices.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with electrical tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical safety regulations.
- Ability to handle classroom and practical lab sessions.
Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Certification in industrial electrical systems or trainer programs is an advantage.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant teaching or industrial experience.
