Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor, based in Chennai. The Site Supervisor will oversee HT/LT electrical installations, coordinate tasks with team members, and ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. The role involves monitoring project progress, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, troubleshooting on-site issues, and collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver efficient solutions.
Qualifications
- Understanding of electrical systems, including HT/LT installations, and site management experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple tasks and ensure project deadlines are met
- Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to implement safety practices on-site
- Effective communication and leadership skills to coordinate with teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to address on-site challenges
- A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools and technical software is an added advantage
