Role Description

We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. The Electrical Supervisor will oversee electrical maintenance, ensure proper installation and upkeep of electrical equipment, and manage a team of technicians to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. Daily responsibilities include supervising electrical works, ensuring adherence to safety standards, troubleshooting electrical systems, and collaborating with other departments to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Proficiency in Electrical Maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles and Electricity fundamentals.
• Experience in the operation and maintenance of Electrical Equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards related to electrical systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in similar roles within the MEP or construction industry is an advantage.
