Job Description
- Installation, maintenance and servicing of machine as per plan
- Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions (Installation Report, Service Report, Feedback Form etc.)
- Providing training & technical support to the customers
- Providing training to all team members
- Take care and maintain records of property belonging to customers
- Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner
- Take ownership of customer’s issues & resolve customer issues
- Improve customer service experience
- Upgrade the skill time to time to able to give support upcoming models
