Role Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Electrical Sales Engineer with experience in industrial electrical product sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, customer acquisition, relationship management, and sales conversion across OEMs, panel builders, and traders. The role requires strong technical understanding, customer engagement skills, and frequent client interactions to identify business opportunities and achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills.
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. Electrical / Relevant Qualification
- 4–8 years of experience in electrical product sales/distribution
- Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills
- Willingness to travel

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new dealers & OEMs across the assigned Region.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, panel builders, traders and industrial customers
• Generate leads and follow up quotations
• Follow up on orders and collections
• Maintain sales pipeline records
• Achieve sales targets
