🚀 We're Hiring | Wind Project Management – Electrical (Corporate HQ, Chennai)

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Management Professional who is currently managing Wind Farm Projects from the Corporate/Head Office (HO) and has a strong track record of delivering electrical packages across the project lifecycle.

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking professionals who:
✅ Have 8–12 years of experience in the renewable energy sector.
✅ Have mandatory hands-on experience in Wind Farm Projects.
✅ Are currently managing electrical works of wind projects from the Head Office/Corporate Office (not exclusively site-based).
✅ Have spent 2–3 years coordinating and managing multiple wind project electrical activities from HO.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Plan and monitor all electrical activities from pre-construction through project handover.
🔹 Coordinate with site teams, clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
🔹 Ensure contractual compliance and maintain project documentation.
🔹 Track project progress, resolve bottlenecks proactively, and report status to management.
🔹 Monitor project budgets, invoices, vendor payments, and client billing.
🔹 Ensure adherence to technical specifications, QA/QC standards, and HSE requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
✔ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
✔ Strong engineering fundamentals and understanding of contract documents.
✔ In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and processes involved in Wind Farm Projects.
✔ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and multitasking skills.
✔ Good proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
✔ PMP Certification and experience with project monitoring tools will be an added advantage.
