Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Project Executive located in Karimnagar. The Electrical Project Executive will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects in retail spaces. Responsibilities include managing electrical installations and maintenance, coordinating with vendors and contractors, monitoring project timelines, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and preparing detailed project documentation and reports. The role also involves troubleshooting and resolving on-site electrical issues to ensure efficient project operations.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in electrical planning, installations, and maintenance
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and teams effectively
- Understanding of regulatory and safety compliance in electrical systems
- Proficiency in creating and analyzing project documentation and reports
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for electrical systems
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools for project and electrical design management
- Degree in Electrical background
- Prior experience in retail /QSR / Facility Management projects
