Role Description
This is a full-time, role for an Electrical Engineer based in the Maharashtra location.
Work location : Chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Baramati, Nashik, Pune and Kalyan, Bhandup
Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor daily site execution activities as per approved schedule
- Core Electrical Engineering knowledge and application of fundamental principles
- Track project progress vs milestones and highlight delays proactively
- Ensure proper installation practices as per technical standards and SOPs
- Coordinate with DISCOM/MSEDCL for VnV (Verification & Validation) and testing activities
- Support smooth project commissioning and client acceptance
- Monitor team productivity and performance at site level
- Submit MIS reports to management (daily/weekly/monthly
- Coordinate with MSEDCL officials, project officers, and contractors for execution approvals
- Maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders
- Monitor and inspect site work quality as per defined standards
- Ensure all installations meet client and regulatory standards
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly per-head cost sheets for all deployed site engineers and technicians
Qualifications:
Education BE / Diploma Electrical
Minimum experience of 3 years in HT/LT substation maintenance and commissioning
Team supervisor and contractor management
