Position Overview
We are hiring Production Engineers and Electrical Engineers to support and manage end-to-end manufacturing and assembly operations of EV vehicles. The role involves production planning, assembly supervision, electrical system integration, quality control, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Assembly Operations
- Manage and supervise daily production and vehicle assembly line activities.
- Ensure production targets, timelines, and efficiency metrics are achieved.
- Monitor line performance, productivity, and reduce downtime.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and process issues.
Electrical Systems & Integration (For Electrical Engineers)
- Handle wiring harness, battery systems, motor connections, and controllers.
- Ensure proper installation, testing, and validation of EV electrical components.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure system reliability and safety.
- Support new product development and electrical improvements.
Planning, Stores & Inventory Coordination
- Coordinate with Planning and Stores teams for material availability.
- Ensure smooth material flow for uninterrupted production.
- Monitor inventory levels of components, tools, and consumables.
Quality Control & Process Adherence
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Conduct in-process inspections and support quality audits.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for defects..
Team Management & Coordination
- Supervise technicians, operators, and line staff.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, R&D, and Engineering teams.
- Support new model introduction and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Industrial or related field)
- 0 to 3 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
- Knowledge of EV systems, assembly processes, or manufacturing practices (preferred)
