KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle breakdown and preventive maintenance of machines.
- Troubleshoot PLC, relays, contactors and electrical control circuits.
- Work on SPM, Assembly Machines, Hydraulic Presses, Hoists, Cranes and Conveyors.
- Ensure timely completion of breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Execute PM as per checklist and ensure 100% machine availability.
- Identify required spares and record consumption on shift basis.
- Perform TPM activities – CLIRT & KH and condition-based maintenance.
- Monitor machine parameters and support energy-saving initiatives.
- Ensure cleaning, calibration and zero quality deviations during maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures and wear all required PPE. Zero-unsafe practices.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
