Job Description

• To analyze breakdowns and root cause analysis of all plant machinery
• Preventive & Predictive maintenance of all plant machinery.
• Control on work force and leadership quality.
• Continuous improvements & Kaizens on plant machinery.
• Handling experience on Fanuc Robotics editing in programming and trouble shootings, 
• Knowledge and exposure on PLC software programming's of Mitsubishi, Siemens, ABB, Allen Bradley Delta, Fuji and SCADA systems.
• Experience on Fanuc CNC controls of CNC, VMC machines Make BFW, ACE Micromatic & Doosan make machines with Fanuc ladder modification of CNC, VMC and backups and restoring.
• Experience on Induction heaters & Induction hardening machines.
• Hands of experience on Power transformers, OLTC & VCB maintenance and protection systems.
• Utility equipment's maintenance DG sets, cooling tower, Air compressors, STP plant, DM water plant, softening water plant.
• Documentation & reporting: Maintaining all documentation and soft data as per IATF 16949 standard audits, including all consumption records calibration records and legal compliances.
