Role Description
The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting field service, and performing maintenance and repair tasks. Day-to-day activities include diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with industrial automation equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, and responding promptly to client queries and service requests. This is a full-time, on-site role based in ( Metoda)Lodhika,Gujrat.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Experience in Field Service and providing hands-on technical support
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of automation and industrial equipment
- Clear and effective Communication skills to liaise with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering (preferred)
- Previous experience in industrial equipment service and repair is a plus
- Willingness to travel locally as needed for on-site support
- Ability to travel as required to client locations .
- Previous experience in servicing CNC Machines, related industrial equipment is a plus.
