Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer based in Chennai. The role involves overseeing electrical maintenance, conducting regular inspections, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of all electrical systems within the hospital. The role also requires diagnosing and resolving electrical issues promptly to minimize disruptions and ensure safety.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Electrical Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Electricity
- Proficiency in Maintenance Engineering and Electrical Engineering principles
- Hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical malfunctions in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Familiarity with safety standards, regulations, and compliance requirements for electrical systems
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Prior experience in managing electrical systems in hospitals or healthcare facilities is an advantage
