Job details:
- Design and develop wiring harnesses for EV mobility packs and small-to-mid scale BESS units — from schematic to production-ready spec.
- Work closely with BMS, firmware, and mechanical teams on connector selection, routing layouts, and integration tolerances.
- Build prototypes, iterate based on field feedback, and improve manufacturability without compromising reliability.
- Comfort with IPC standards, cable sizing, and EMI considerations is a plus - hands-on field experience with wiring systems is valued over credentials.
- Fast-paced startup environment - you'll wear multiple hats and move from design to build to test within the same sprint.
