Electrical Estimator Virtual Assistant – Full-Time Remote
We are looking for a detail-oriented Electrical Estimator VA with experience in residential and commercial construction estimating.
- Review architectural and construction plans
- Prepare accurate electrical takeoffs and estimates
- Analyze project scope and identify missing details
- Maintain estimating spreadsheets and documentation
- Support estimating and operational workflows
- Coordinate revisions and project requirements with the client
- Flag issues proactively and recommend solutions
Requirements
- Experience in electrical or construction estimating
- Ability to read architectural and construction plans
- Experience estimating without complete electrical plans
- Strong Excel proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Nice To Have
- Residential and commercial estimating experience
- Familiarity with U.S.-based construction workflows
- NYC construction experience is a plus
Work Setup
- Full-time remote
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
