Role Description
As an Electrical Estimation Engineer, you will play a key role in analyzing project requirements and preparing accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for electrical projects. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the design team, conducting market research, analyzing project specifications, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders for negotiation and preparation of project bids. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Pune Division, allowing a mix of in-office and remote work.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing BOQ documentation and Project Estimation
- Basic knowledge of Civil Engineering to ensure project integration and compatibility
- Strong Negotiation skills for vendor management and securing competitive pricing
- Effective Research skills for material pricing and market trends
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Prior experience in MEP or construction project estimation is an advantage
